THE SERVICE
A complete customer survey production and analysis process. Either paper based questionnaires or online surveys, we undertake a full service from producing the questionnaire to processing the data and sending you the results.

We process customer surveys, load them onto computer and produce the reports for you. Our sophisticated software allows complex analysis of your survey questions, and the results can be produced in either a paper or Internet format.

Our clients gain benefit not only from a prompt and efficient service, but the additional advantage of assistance with questionnaire design and analysing the results, if this is needed.

OTHER CHARGES?
Inevitably, there can be some. These are always negotiated at the outset, but depend upon the nature of the questionnaire.

The most common additional charge?

Late changes!

These can of course be accommodated:
minor changes to the questionnaire £95 + vat, major changes are rated at £250 + vat.

THE PROCESS?
Firstly you need to send us your questionnaire. Advice about questionnaire design is provided free of charge (provided you have placed an order with us!). We then agree a time scale with yourselves.

Our computer version of the questionnaire is created, for you to proof.
After confirmation, it is emailed to you.
After an agreed period of time, the data is processed and results / spreadsheet emailed to you.
If you have requested an online version, the process above is the same, with the exception that you are sent an email with the internet address of where the online survey is held.

CAN WE RE-USE A SURVEY?
Provided there are no other changes, a survey can be reused at 50% of the set up charge.

(This does not apply to the project charge, report production or other costs).

CAN WE LOAD OUR OWN DATA?
We provide a complete service, which includes creating/processing both paper based and online surveys.

Once the questionnaire has been created, an online version can be created which means that your staff can load the data if you wish.

Because we have no control over the internet, occasionally problems occur and questionnaires are not received. For this reason, we build in some simple checks to ensure that the surveys your staff have completed are received.

After this, the report production process is the same as described in "THE PROCESS".
